Eternal Glow Appointment & Cancellation Policy At Eternal Glow, your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. To respect both our time and other clients, the following policies apply: Cancellations & Rescheduling We kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. Appointments canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled time will incur a fee equal to 50% of the service total. Late Cancellations & No-Shows Clients who cancel shortly before their appointment time or fail to show up will be charged 100% of the scheduled service. Deposits A deposit is required to secure all appointments and will be applied toward your total service cost. Deposits are non-refundable. If you need to reschedule, your deposit may be transferred to a new appointment if rescheduled within 3 days of your original appointment date. Each deposit may be transferred up to three (3) times. After the third reschedule, a new deposit will be required. Failure to reschedule within 3 days will result in forfeiture of the deposit. Deposits may also be forfeited if an appointment is canceled at the last minute or if a no-show occurs. By booking an appointment with Eternal Glow, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
